Physical Activity

Make it a habit to get at least 60 minutes of physical activity a day. Stay active and limit your daily activities that require you to be sedentary, activities such as: video games, sitting at the computer for long periods of time, talking/text on your cell phone etc. Kids and teens are spending less time running, jumping and playing.
