WHO: Frances Smith-Kemp, former Heidelberg Elementary School teacher
WHAT: Administrative hearing before the Commission on Teacher and Administrator Education, Certification and Licensure and Development. The MDE is seeking to revoke Smith-Kemp’s teaching license for affecting the validity of state assessments.
