Ingredient and Recipe Updates

NEW: The February 2018 ingredient and recipe data file updates include ingredient changes due to any changed items on the order guide on the bid for frozen and refrigerated and dry food items, grain waivers, USDA Food items, distributor choice items as well as corrections to errors that were found. The PDF Lists and the NutriKids® Files for Briggs, Merchants, and Crumbley contain recipes for ingredients that are different because of selection of different approved products by these distributors.    

PDF lists of NutriKids® Changes:

NEW: List of Recipe Changes (February 2018) - A list of the updated recipes and ingredients that are in the February 2018 update to the Nutrient Database.

NEW: List of Ingredient Changes (February 2018) - A list of the updated ingredients that are in the February 2018 update to the Nutrient Database.

NEW: Lists of Recipe Changes for Briggs (February 2018) – Recipe changes that have been made due to different approved products chosen by different regional distributors.  Download the list specific to your region. 

NEW: Lists of Recipe Changes for Merchants (February 2018) – Recipe changes that have been made due to different approved products chosen by different regional distributors.  Download the list specific to your region. 

NEW: Lists of Recipe Changes for Crumbley (February 2018) – Recipe changes that have been made due to different approved products chosen by different regional distributors.  Download the list specific to your region.


 

NutriKids® Files:

NEW:  Updated Ingredient Data File – 18.2 Version (February 2018) – The data file of updated ingredients ins the February 2018 update to the Nutrient Database. If you want to use this file, do not “Open” the file. You will first need to “Save” the file to your computer, then use the transfer utility tool to import the file into the nutrient database program.

NEW:  Updated Recipe Data File- 18.2 Version (February 2018) - The data file of updated recipes is the February 2018 update to the Nutrient Database. If you want to use this file, do not “Open” the file. You will first need to “Save” the file to your computer, then use the transfer utility tool to import the file into the nutrient database program. This file contains Recipes with USDA Foods substituted for purchased items on the Order Guide. These recipes have numbers with a decimal number .1. As an example, MRS recipe, Ham, Turkey and Cheese, MS774.1, becomes MRS Ham, Turkey and Cheese, US, MS774.1, when USDA Foods ham, turkey, and cheese replace the purchased ingredients in the recipe. 

NEW:   Briggs Recipe Data File – 18.2 Version (February 2018) – This data file of recipes updates the Briggs Distributor Choice Recipes. If you want to use this file, do not “Open” the file. You will first need to “Save” the file to your computer, then use the transfer utility tool to import the file into the nutrient database program.

NEW:  Merchants Recipe Data File – 18.2 Version (February 2018) – This data file of recipes updates the Merchants Distributor Choice Recipes. If you want to use this file, do not “Open” the file. You will first need to “Save” the file to your computer, then use the transfer utility tool to import the file into the nutrient database program.

NEW:  Crumbley Recipe Data File – 18.2 Version (February 2018) – This data file of recipes updates the Crumbley Distributor Choice Recipes. If you want to use this file, do not “Open” the file. You will first need to “Save” the file to your computer, then use the transfer utility tool to import the file into the nutrient database program

 

Download Database

The following will replace all the data in your nutrient database program

  • NEW: MRS Database Version 18.2 (February 2018) – The February 2018 updated database. If you want to use this file, do not “Open” the file. You will first need to “Save” the file to your computer, then use the “Restore” tool to replace the current database in the nutrient database program. This will replace all of the data in your nutrient database program.
