Workaround for Internet Explorer Database Download 

 

 

Ingredient and Recipe Updates

NEW: The August 2018 ingredient and recipe data file updates include ingredient changes due to new items on the order guide on the bid for frozen and refrigerated and dry food items, USDA Food items, as well as corrections to errors that were found. Nutritional data for changes in Distributor Choice items are not available at this time and will be posted on this website when those changes are available and changes have been made in the database.

NEW: List of Recipe Changes (August 2018) - A list of the updated recipes and ingredients that are in the August 2018 update to the Nutrient Database.

NEW: List of Ingredient Changes (August 2018) - A list of the updated ingredients that are in the August 2018 update to the Nutrient Database.


 

NutriKids® Files:

To use the ingredient or recipe file, do not Open or unzip the file, use the following steps:

  1. Save the file to your computer
  2. Access the folder where the file is located and change the file extension from .zip to .dat (delete .zip and add .dat)
  3. Use the transfer utility tool to import the file into the nutrient database program


NEW:  Updated Ingredient Data File – 18.2 Version (August 2018) – The data file of updated ingredients is the August 2018 update to the Nutrient Database.

NEW:  Updated Recipe Data File- 18.2 Version (August 2018) - This file contains Recipes with USDA Foods Beef Crumbles substituted for ground beef. These recipes have numbers with a decimal number .2. As an example, MRS Recipe Beef -A- Roni MS114, has an alternative recipe, MRS Recipe Beef -A- Roni MS114.2, when USDA Foods Beef Crumbles replace the ground beef in the recipe.  Directions have also been changed to reflect the changed cooking process. . 

 

Download Database

The following will replace all the data in your nutrient database program

To use this file, do not Open or unzip the file, use the following steps:

  1. Save the file to your computer
  2. Access the folder where the file is located and change the file extension from .zip to .dat (delete .zip and add .dat)
  3. Use the Restore tool to replace the current database in the nutrient database program. This will replace all of the data in your nutrient database program
     

NEW: MRS Database Version 18.2 (August 2018) – The August 2018 updated database.
