There is no cost to register for the conference. We encourage all math educators and leaders to join us for two days of mathematics-focused, highly engaging, and interactive professional learning and networking.
No. The MDE will not cover travel expenses. Participants are responsible for securing funding for all related travel costs. Scholarships will be available by application for districts or schools experiencing financial hardship. Applications will be released soon.
There is no host hotel. A list of available hotel accommodations within a five (5) mile radius of the venue will be provided.
Attendance at the conference is not required for selection into the MCAM cohort. However, we encourage all math professionals to attend when possible to engage with colleagues from across the state. For questions, please contact Dr. Rufus Hill, Director of Mathematics Coaching, at rhill@mdek12.org.
Participants may earn up to 1.2 CEUs. The RESA will provide additional information on how to apply for CEUs both prior to and during the conference.
There is no cost for vendor or exhibitor tables. Tiered sponsorship levels are available depending on the desired level of visibility. For vendor-related inquiries, please contact Dr. Rufus Hill at rhill@mdek12.org.
Teachers, school and district leaders, MDE staff (and other state agencies), vendors, and exhibitors are all welcome to submit session proposals.
