Its primary focus areas include implementing high-quality instructional materials, aligning curricula with the Mississippi College- and Career-Readiness Standards, enhancing educator skills through targeted professional development, and encouraging instructional practices that guarantee all students have access to rigorous learning. Ultimately, OCI&#8217;s goal is to ensure every school provides high-quality instruction that fosters the success of all students.<\/p>\n<div class=\"gdlr-core-widget-box-shortcode \" style=\"color: #000000 ;background-color: #f0f0f0 ;\"  ><h3 class=\"gdlr-core-widget-box-shortcode-title\" style=\"color: #000000 ;\"  >State Board Policy Revisions<\/h3><div class=\"gdlr-core-widget-box-shortcode-content\" ><p>\nThe MDE&#8217;s Office of Secondary Education hosted three webinars to review <strong>revisions to the MS Public and Non-Public Schools\u00a0 The <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLScjPzs6A3p9Om2sNZdzU0Jp4tviiZ-Uvs_9stuOzXFRqP86Iw\/viewform\">PD Request Form<\/a> offers streamlined coordination across the multiple divisions in our office.
