Approval as a temporary rule to become effective immediately and to begin the Administrative Procedures Act process:  To revise Accreditation Policy 2.3, Annual Accreditation Statuses, to read under the definition of Withdrawn that any school district placed in conservatorship may have its accreditation withdrawn

19.  Approval of resolution by the State Board of Education that an extreme emergency situation exists in the Scott County School District and that the accreditation of the school district will be downgraded to PROBATION
